Mr. Lawrence Dodoo is a qualified chartered accountant (Member ACCA UK & CA Ghana) with over 10 years working experience in the private and public sectors. He holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Economics and an MBA Finance degree from the University of Ghana Business School. He also has a Masters Degree in Accounting with Finance (AwF) from the London South Bank University (UK).
Lawrence has been involved in the provision of accounting and financial advisory services to clients. He is also involved in the auditing of banks, non- bank financial institutions, donor-funded projects and other private organizations. He has been leading teams engaged in financial advisory, auditing, preparation of monthly & final accounts, accounting policies & procedures manual, the establishment of accounting systems for businesses, independent business & project reviews and the preparation of strategic plans for organizations. He also has extensive experience in the management of loans portfolio gained from the management of public debts and a private loan portfolio of organizations. His areas of specialization include Accounting, Finance, Economics and Project Management.
George is a businessman in Accra with over 10 years in Trade Finance. With a Banking and Finance background from the Central University and a member of CIM, George holds a professional certificate in microfinance from Guglielmo Marconi University and is a member of the Microfinance Association UK.
He has a remarkable working experience in people management, management of loans portfolio, security and risk management. He has attended many training programs locally and international on business management, Credit Management, Banking practices and operations. He is responsible for the general management, review of policies and corporate governance.
Junior Ata Gyamfi – graduated from DeVry University with BSc in Telecommunication Management and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, all in the United States.
Junior has over 20 (Twenty) years consumer banking experience in an International blend of Internal controls and compliance, Relationship Banking, Leadership, Business Development and Credit Management at the grassroots level.
He has a rich experience in staff management and system controls, developing leaders in capacity building which he gained with reputable international firms such as Bank of America, US Bank, SunTrust Bank,-United States; Opportunity International and Beige Capital – Ghana.
Junior has worked under different capacities including Regional Relationship Manager, Head of SME, Head of Credit, Branch Manager, General Manager and Assistant Vice President. He has also attended and facilitated many trainings and workshops on effective credit delivery and management in Microfinance.
Junior joined Oxus Afghanistan as a Chief Operations Officer in February 2012. Due to his passion for transforming the lives of the poor and developing future leaders, he was quickly promoted to CEO in January 2013. He steered Oxus to become the first Microfinance Bank in Afghanistan to be sustainable in the history of the country. Due to the withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan and pressure from his young family, Junior left Kabul to join Goldman Capital in September 2014 as a COO and an Executive of the Board.
Gabriel brings to Goldman Capital over 8 (eight) years of work experience spanning from Operations Management, Project Finance, Project Management and Engineering. He has worked on industrial projects with major management and engineering companies both local and international, where he successfully grew to senior management positions.
He is also a Member of the Association of Project Management, UK. Gabriel holds Engineering Degree from city University UK, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the College of Management Sciences- UK, MSc in Project Management from University of London-UK, and Certificate in Management (Finance) from University of Leicester UK. He Heads the operations departments of the company.
Kwamena is a young, multi-talented and highly motivated professional. He was a national Director for Kashmart Ghana, Liberia, and Nigeria. He has over five years of experience in people’s management, restructuring of microfinance, quality credit delivery, leadership, project and business management. He has facilitated and also participated in several Business training programs and has working experience at both local and international levels.
